1. Scope of Service

Smart Sync Technologies provides end-to-end smart water metering hardware, IoT gateways, RIVA cloud dashboards, and resident mobile applications for water management and automated billing.

2. Hardware SLA & Warranty

Our ultrasonic water meters come with manufacturer warranty against defects, IP68 waterproof housing ratings, and continuous battery life guarantees subject to standard operating flow conditions.

3. Platform Uptime

We target 99.9% platform availability. Gateways and meters are equipped with local offline flash memory to ensure zero telemetry data loss during connectivity interruptions.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
