Smart Sync Technologies is committed to safeguarding the consumption telemetry and personal data of property associations, builders, commercial tenants, and individual households using our ultrasonic metering platform.

1. Data We Collect

We collect flow telemetry (volume in litres, flow rate, timestamp), hardware diagnostic metrics (battery levels, signal strength), and user contact details provided during demo requests and account creation.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is strictly processed to provide automated utility billing, instant leak and burst detection, historical consumption benchmarks, and property-level water conservation insights.

3. Security & Compliance

All sensor telemetry transmitted via LoRaWAN/NB-IoT and cloud APIs is encrypted end-to-end. We adhere to applicable Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) standards. We never sell or share resident data with third parties for marketing.
